Business Model
We prefer long-term partnerships with our clients and the reason is quite simple: Such a relationship maximizes the likelihood of building mutual trust, insight, and respect as well as developing innovative and high-performing tooling and machine solutions.
Every new inquiry is subject for a business review in which we evaluate both the technical and economical value of a STRECON tooling or machine solution. As a standard rule of conduct, a quotation is offered if the business case makes good sense for the client - technically and economically.
Upon receipt of firm order, the engineering and development work can be initiated. Depending on the nature and scope of the case, it may take as little as a few days to several months. The manufacture of tools or machine solutions is started upon the client's approval of relevant specifications and drawings.
When ready for delivery, we assist the client in preparing the handling, installation, and production testing of the delivered goods. Of course, these activities will be highly depending on the individual case, and whether it concerns a tooling solution or a machine delivery. Common for all cases is that we work together with the client to ensure the targeted level of performance, and if possible better than that. |
