Complete Tooling Package

The STRECON stripwound container technology has managed to become the preferred tool solution for HPE applications. The stripwound tool is much stronger and robust than normal compression rings, and it offers better performance and service life of the carbide inner core and pistons. Furthermore, the STRECON cooling system delivers an optimized water cooling of the carbide inserts contributing to an overall high performing HPE system. 

In benefit of our clients, STRECON offers complete HPE tooling and system solutions. A package delivery oftens includes the following items:

• Tool and system engineering
• FEM analysis in case of high pressures like 50 KBar and higher
• STRECON stripwound containers
• Carbide inserts and intermediate sleeves
• Carbide pistons
• STRECON cooling system
• Tooling for assembly and handling
• Pressure pads and other miscellaneous tool components required for the press environment
• STRECON tool assembly press (125-200T) for assembly/disassembly and fine adjustment
• Service contracts as regards the STRECON products and storage, and fine-machining of critical carbide spares when inserted into the stripwound container.

The delivery would usually be as a "ready for use" solution.

STRECON is an engineering and tooling company. Therefore, we limit our services to “tooling issues” meaning that we do not engage directly into the research design, the cell structure and components, or the experiment as such.
