RAP Service
One of STRECONs solutions to meet the demands of our customers regards the offer of subcontracted RAP polishing services. Below you will find some examples of how we proudly use our technologies to suit the necessity of each individual customer:
RAP Service

This service level includes the polishing of the workpiece only using the RAP machine tool.

RAP Service+
|
Most round parts that can be polished by the RAP process, but some restrictions exist due to part geometry, size or limitation of the robot. In these cases the remaining polishing work is performed manually. |
Tool Manufacture
|
STRECON is assigned to make the complete tool or component by its customers including the last stage of surface polishing. Complete tool or component manufacture is limited to those parts that would be relevant for the RAP polishing process during the last stage of manufacture.

In respect of the different polishing jobs, each case would be subject to review and quotation.
