Pricing

The price depends on the content and magnitude of the individual machine project. The larger the part(s) to be made, and the larger the number of machine stations to be involved in the Felss solution, the higher the investment cost. Preparing a specific offer is time consuming as all principal details needs to be clarified. That clarification process is described in greater details in the "New Projects" page.

Felss offers a number of different types and sizes of machines for rotary swaging and axial forming, respectively. In addition to the actual machines, also tools, clamping equipment, transfer and feeding systems, etc. would be required.

In respect of the above variation of the individual machine projects, it is not possible to offer a general price list for Felss machine solutions. Generally speaking, however, one should budget with a pay back time of 3-5 years depending on the scope of the project and the production volume. The greater the production volume, the faster the pay back.
