| As part of our tool and system delivery (stripwound container, cooling system, alignment system, tool assembly system, etc.), we prepare an instruction guideline for tool assembly and disassembly. In addition to the basic information about the press in and the press out forces, STRECON also provides information about the lubrication and the assembly process itself. |
If needed, STRECON assists the customer on site to assemble the tooling. In any case, STRECON offers its technical support with regard to any possible fine-tuning of the tool design as soon as the initial production tests are performed and evaluated.

STRECON delivers wear parts in accordance with the needs of daily operations. This enables the client to devote his best energy to the HPS processes and products. Typical wear parts are wear rings, sleeves/hot casings, lubrication, O-rings for the cooling system, anvil support cylinder, and other spare parts and system components for the alignment system, etc. |
When following the guidelines offered by STRECON, the customer will not experience more than a little need for maintenance and repair of the stripwound containers, cooling plates, and other tools from STRECON. |
